Domestic Pricing: Our domestic call out rates start from £80+Vat for the first hour & commercial call outs start at £100+Vat for the first hour.
Commercial Pricing: Commercial electrical systems are often 10x more complicated than a home wiring system and the level of knowledge required is much more. Also, houses generally have easy parking an often offices have central location parking taking up valuable time and incurring an additional cost.
Set pricing and average costs
Rewiring costs having a lot of variables that affect the cost, these can be the size of the house, occupancy, type/style of accessory, age of house & many more. However, a good basis to work from is £5000+VAT on average for a 3 bedroom property and £6500+VAT on average for a 4 bedroom house.
